Este livro é uma coletânea de entrevistas feitas com profissionais criativos de diversas áreas (designers, fotógrafos, ilustradores, produtores…) falando sobre o que eles entendem por beleza e estética, e como isso se aplica em seus trabalhos e em suas vidas. A obra é resultado do projeto de conclusão de Bruno Ortega para o curso de Pós-graduação em Design Gráfico – Conceito e Aplicação, da FAAP, concluído em 2017.
“O que é a beleza para você? Como definir o que é belo ou não? É algo subjetivo ou é inerente ao objeto contemplado? O que tudo isso tem a ver com a estética? Já se fez todas essas perguntas?
Muitos profissionais dos dias atuais lidam com essas questões diariamente – designers, ilustradores, fotógrafos, artistas. Mas, será que essas pessoas também se questionam sobre o que é o belo e a estética? Afinal, são conceitos que todas elas dominam de alguma forma – ou, ao menos, os manipulam. Aqui, neste livro, foram feitas essas e outras perguntas para esses profissionais. E suas respostas, apesar de bem pessoais, são verdadeiras reflexões, tão distintas (e às vezes divergentes) quanto interessantes. This book is a compilation of interviews conducted with creative professionals from various fields (designers, photographers, illustrators, producers...) discussing their understanding of beauty and aesthetics and how it applies to their work and lives. The work is the result of Bruno Ortega's final project for the Postgraduate Course in Graphic Design - Concept and Application at FAAP, completed in 2017.
